Darren's Doorbell

Electronic view

Front Door View

So I have had this idea for a doorbell for the elderly and in particular the hard of hearing. In the picture below is the electronic unit approximatly 60x85x18mm. (well the green one my board plugs into the other board) I thought I might do the ozone friendly bit and use recycled milk bottles. Ive made a tin mould that seems to kind of work you might say 2 boxes 1 slightly smaller than the other, melt the bottle put the melted bottle gue in one and press them together. basically make a plastic dish. Im thinking make 2 of these ill call dishes place 1 inside the other after drilling a few holes for the led's a fake speaker grill place the electronic unit between the 2 moulded dishes. hopefully cheaper quicker and stronger than a 3d print. Its a work in progress but the next part is to sort out this mould.

It seems to be the best option is to have 2 metal moulds made for it something like the cad file below. I'm in Guildford, your in Guildford so I thought why not as you seem to be the local people to talk to about making metal cnc type moulds. I have not got a clue what I'm doing, just having a go. Is this something you can help me with? Thanks
